Lilly Dickinson is an independent filmmaker, artist, writer, and musician who is know for her impactful cinematography, emotionally driven story telling, and experimental editing structure. Lilly Dickinson’s story telling focuses on exploring dark concepts in order to expose and celebrate the light ones. This duality of comedy and tragedy is echoed throughout Dickinson’s writing, visual art, and musical compositions. Dickinson graduated in 2017 from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Film and Video. She currently works heavily with shooting and editing video content as a Media Production Assistant at the Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University. While constantly working on her own productions Dickinson is also involved in collaborations with other filmmakers, educators, musicians, athletes, and performers to produce fresh and unique stories in the greater Boston area. Lilly Dickinson consistently works to bring her passions for film, music, and story telling together to create constructive and meaningful experiences for audiences.
